Unform Your Bias is a nonprofit organization offering tools and experiences that compel people to reduce the amount of bias in the world. It brings people together to have hard and honest conversations and facilitate systemic solutions together.
The organization’s programs offer the opportunity to uncover your bias, unpack its origin, understand your reaction, and unform your bias, replacing it with a willingness to inquire, listen and learn from people with entirely different experiences.
